Mr. Garland was a roofer and construction worker for many years.
He was the beloved father of Justin Garland of Medford. Cherished son of Richard P. and Patricia A. (Traynham) Garland of Medford. Devoted brother of Paul and his wife Robbin Garland of Billerica, Mark and his wife Joyce Garland of Medford and Kristy Garland of Greenville, N.H. Cherished grandson of Gene and Lorraine Graziosi of Medford. Loving companion of Carol Solimene. Also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. His funeral was from the Beals-Geake-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 29 Governors Avenue, Medford, Thursday at 9 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated in St. Francis of Assisi Church, Fellsway West, Medford, at 10 AM.
