William McClintock, of Olyphant, and formerly of Archbald, died Thursday at home. Born in Wytheville, Va., son of the late Robert Dewey and Lula Vivian Seabolt McClintock, he was a graduate of Wytheville High School and of Brooklyn College. He was employed as a registered nurse at Bellevue Hospital, Brooklyn. Before retiring, he was employed as a truck driver for the Valley View School District. He was a Navy veteran.
Surviving are a sister, Vivian Grubb, Del City, Okla.; and a brother, Robert Dewey McClintock Jr., Vinton, Va.; a niece, a nephew and his friends and caregivers, Bob and Nancy Motsavage, Olyphant.
He was also preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Ann McClintock.
Memorial services will be conducted Monday at 9 a.m. from the Michael P. Glinsky Funeral Home Inc., 129 Grant St., Olyphant, with pastor John Hardman-Zimmerman officiating. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. To submit online condolences, go to www.glinskyfuneralhome.com.
