Louis J. Cuneo, 85 of Derry, NH died December 27, 2007 at his home. Mr. Cuneo was born in Everett, MA on May 6, 1922 the son of the late Louis and Nellie (Connell) Cuneo. He moved to Derry from Malden, MA less than one year ago, having lived most of his life in Everett. Mr. Cuneo was a US Army WWII veteran. He retired in 1990 from the Massachusetts House of Representatives where he was employed as Assistant Chief General Court Officer for more that 50 years.
He is survived by two sons, Larry Cuneo and his wife Kathie of Derry, Garry Cuneo and his wife Lynn of Newburyport, MA, five grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, also several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Agnes (Salamone) Cuneo in 1979.
Calling hours were held on Wednesday January 2, 2008 from 9 – 11am in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. Funeral services followed at 11:00am in the funeral home. Private burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Memorial contributions may be made to Gideons International, P.O.
