WORCESTER____Marie Lorraine Donais died peacefully at her home surrounded by family members after a brief illness on December 23, 2007. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph R. Donais who died in 1979.
She leaves three children, Lee Donais and his wife Patricia of Lighthouse Point, FL., Stephen Donais and his wife Karen of Fairfax Station, VA., Lorna Blodgett and her husband Everett of Worcester and a sister Evelyn Foley of Worcester. She will be greatly missed by her 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Donais was a lifelong resident of the Worcester area and worked in the shoe department of Marcus department store for a number of years prior to retirement.
A private family service was held in St. Stephen’s Church. Mrs. Donais was entombed with her late husband in Notre Dame Cemetery Mausoleum. DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St., assisted the family with funeral arrangements.
