Alcida “Irene” Longval, 95, of Manchester died December 26, 2007 at Hanover Hill Healthcare Center after a long illness.
Born in Berlin on May 21, 1912, she was the daughter of Joseph and Delia (Bouchard) Bugeaud. She lived in Manchester, Peterborough and Auburn.
She was married to Ludger Longval who died in 1997.
Mrs. Longval was an avid card player and enjoyed shopping. She will be remembered as a devoted mother and grandmother.
The family includes four children, Conrad Longval of Bedford, Maurice Longval of Thailand, and Doris Cate and Robert Longval both of Manchester; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Friday December 28, 2007 at St. Peter Church, 567 Manchester Rd., Auburn. Committal prayers followed in Mt. Calvary Mausoleum, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
