Methuen, Ma. – Theresa M. (Fawcett) Gross,80, yrs. died Saturday December 22, 2007 at Nevins Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre.
Born in Lawrence Mrs. Gross attended the Edward F. Searles High School in Methuen.
Theresa was a homemaker and mother of seven children. Mrs. Gross was a member and former officer of the Lady Elks B.P.O.E. # 65.
She was a member of the Ladies Sodality at St. Monica’s Church, and according to her children enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and sewing, reading, and square dancing.
The widow of Albert Gross Theresa is survived by daughter Ann M. Gross of Methuen, Susan E. Fanning of Tewksbury, Stephen Gross of Lawrence, A. Edward “Eddie” Gross of Methuen, Kenneth Gross of Methuen, Maryanne Rainville of Methuen Elizabeth Wright & husband James of Hudson, NH, 2 sisters Barbara (Wilczynski) Gray of Concord, NH, Veronica and her husband Lawrence Pilvelis of Rumney, NH, 1 brother Thomas Fawcett and wife Mary Jean of Methuen, sister-in-law Barbara Fawcett of Pepperell, Ma., brother-in-law Eugene Gross of Methuen, 4 grandchildren; Meaghan and Meredith Rainville, Michael Barnes, and Corey and her husband Keith Griffin of Methuen, several nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews.
Calling hours will take place on Saturday morning from 8:45 a.m. -10:45 a.m. at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, Inc. 233 Lawrence Street of Methuen with an 11 o’clock funeral service to follow at the funeral home.
