Dorothy F. Hoppe, 83, of S. Spring St., Concord, NH died Sunday January 19, 2003 in the Villa Crest Nursing Home, Manchester, NH. Mrs. Hoppe was born in Boston, MA, on June 29, 1919 a daughter of the late Thomas and Elizabeth (Collins) Sheehan. She had resided in Concord for a brief period having moved from New Port Richey, FL, where she had lived the past 25 years. She was a former resident of Brighton, MA.
She is survived by her son, Paul (wife Diane) Hoppe, Londonderry, NH, five grandchildren, two great grandchildren, two sisters, Ethel McCool, Scituate, MA, Mildred Palermo, New Port Richey, FL. Mrs. Hoppe was predeceased by her husband, Bernard J. Hoppe in 1971 and by two sons, William Hoppe in 1999 and John Hoppe in 2000.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday January 23rd at 10:00am in St. Marks Church, corner of South Rd. and Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. Graveside services will be held Thursday at 2:30pm in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, W. Roxbury, MA. Calling hours will be on Wednesday from 5 – 8pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry.
