Mary Pickering Brown Mary Pickering Brown, 94, Clarksville, died Wednesday, December 19, 2007, at Spring Meadows Healthcare Center. The funeral will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday at Madison Street Church of Christ with Pastor Daron Brown , George Rawling, and Blakey Bradley officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 pm Friday at the funeral home and from 11 am until the hour of the service Saturday at Madison Sreet Church of Christ. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born October 13, 1913 in Montgomery County daughter of George Roscoe Pickering, Sr. and Annie Nichols Pickering. She was a member of Madison Street Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband Boyd Franklin Brown, a son Boyd Mark Brown, and a daughter Mary Ann Brown. Survivors include a son, Tim Brown and a sister Helen Seay Rhoden, both of Clarksville; grandchildren Laura Gene Narvid (Michael), Daron Boyd Brown (Katie), and Ryan McCauley Brown (Jamie); and three great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Michael Narvid, Mike Seay, Chad Seay, Ryan Brown, William H. Pickering, and Jack Wickham. Honorary pallbearers will be elders and deacons of Madison Street Church of Christ.
