Rita D. (Gamelin) Gagnon, 59, of Goffstown died January 17, 2003 at Catholic Medical Center after a brief illness.
Born in Goffstown on September 28, 1943, she was the daughter of Henry A. and Marie L. (Martineau) Gamelin. She was a lifelong resident of Goffstown.
Mrs. Gagnon worked for Burger King Corporation for 17 years. Before that she was at home raising her four children.
The family includes her husband of 41 years, Lucien R. Gagnon of Goffstown; four children, Lise C. Marcotte, Lucien R. Gagnon Jr. and Linda R. Gagnon all of Manchester and Lena R. McLaughlin of Dunbarton; six grandsons; a brother, Roger Gamelin of South Carolina; a sister, Cecile Morin of Manchester; nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Monday January 20, 2003 in Parish of the Transfiguration at St. John the Baptist Church, corner of Kelley and Youville streets, Manchester.
