Lawrence "Larry" E. Sloan III, 26 of Franklin died suddenly December 17 at his home.
Born in Milford, April 14, 1981, the son of Kathleen (Villard) Sloan of Franklin and the late Lawrence E. Sloan Jr., Mr. Sloan was a lifelong Franklin resident.
Mr. Sloan attended Franklin public schools and was a self-employed roofer.
Mr. Sloan’s happiest times were the times he spent with his daughters at the park, McDonald’s or playing in the yard.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughters, Jaycee Sloan of Quincy and Skylar Sloan of Franklin.
He is also survived by his grandparents, Roger and Arlene Villard of Franklin, his sister, Angela Sloan of Franklin and niece, Allexis Sloan of Franklin.
He is also survived by his loving friends, Nicholas Longobardi and Brian Luszcz of Franklin.
His funeral will be held on Saturday December 22 from the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin, 131 Main St., Franklin at 8:15 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church at 9:00.
Burial will be private.
Calling hours will be on Friday from 5-8 p.m.
