Marie A. Gibson, 39 of Methuen, MA died December 16, 2007 at her home. Marie was born in Weisbaden, Germany on October 12, 1968. She was raised and educated in Lawrence, MA before living in Haverhill and most recently Methuen. Marie enjoyed writing stories and poetry, roller-skating and crafts.
She is survived by her fiancé, Scott Andrews of Methuen, three children, David Tilberg of New Jersey, Therian Gibson of Haverhill, Payton Gibson of Methuen, two grandchildren, her mother, Gail (Waites) Ryan of Derry, one brother, William Gibson of Haverhill, one sister, Michelle Apitz of Oregon, her nieces and nephews, Dominique, Daniel, Joseph, Chance and Hope, also one uncle and one cousin. She was predeceased in June 2007 by her stepfather, Chester M. Ryan, Jr.
Calling hours will be held Thursday December 20, 2007 from 4 – 7pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry. A funeral service will follow at 7:00pm in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army, 78 Cluff Rd., Salem, NH 03079.
