Delbert (Del) C. Smith, 60, Clarksville, died Sunday, Dec. 16, 2007, at Gateway Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 11am Wednesday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Rev. Billy T. Russell and Pastor Ahn officiating. Burial will be in Kentucky Veteran Cemetery West. Visitation will be from 4pm till 7pm Tuesday at the funeral home and from 10am till the hour of service Wednesday at thefuneral home. A commital will be held 1pm Wednesday at Kentucky Veteran Cemetery West. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
