Jacqueline Alice Duncan Jacqueline Alice Duncan, 66, Clarksville, died Friday, Dec 14, 2007, at Vanderbilt Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 2 pm Tuesday at Hilldale United Methodist Church with Rev. Karen Barrineau, Rev. Skip Armistead, and Rev. Hubert Cunningham officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 pm today at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born September 3, 1941 in Detroit, MI daughter of the late George Donald Kinsinger and Ruby Alice Handley Kinsinger. She was a member of Hilldale United Methodist Church and the UMW at New Providence United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband, Walter Duncan, III; sons Walter Earl Duncan, IV, Clarksville; and Kenneth DWayne Duncan, Nashville; daughters Barbara K. Arrarte and Margaret Duncan-Stanfield both of Clarksville, brothers, David Kinsinger, Marianna, FL; and Michael J. Kinsinger, LuVerne, MN; sisters, Laura Wall, Prior Lake, MN; Donna Kalberer, Ashville, NC; Paulette Eickhoff, Rapid City, SD; Kathy Kinsinger, Clarksville; Linda Smith, Colorado Springs, CO; and Sandra Clapp, Luttrell, TN; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a brother Brian Kinsinger. Pallbearers will be sons Walter and Kenneth and grandsons, Christopher and Aaron Arrarte and Zachary Stanfield.
