In Taunton, December 11, 2007 William C. died after a brief illness at the age of 87. William was the husband of the late Phyllis (McManus) Bochman and son of the late William & Adele (Martin) Bochman. He spent most of his life residing in Taunton formerly of Whittenton St. William was a WWII U.S. Army veteran. After his retirment William moved to Mission Hills, CA. where he lived for over ten years. While there he enjoyed volunteering at the area senior center. He was educated in schools in New Bedford. William was employed and retired from Hodgemans Co. in Taunton as a machine operator. William was a member of the American Legion, he enjoyed reading, history and walking. He leaves his three children William C. Bochman of Taunton, Paul Bochman & his wife Jill of Taunton and Judy Bochman and her husband Thomas Costello of Brighton. His three Grandchildren Maxwell “Max”, Benjamin and Allison Bochman all of Taunton and his late sister Evelyn Simmons. Funeral home service will be held at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St. in Taunton on Sat., Dec. 15th at 10am. Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours one hour prior to the service from 9-10am. Interment at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Taunton.
