Miss Cecelia Cunningham, 54 of Malden, formerly of Medford died suddenly on Monday at her late residence.
Born in Medford, daughter of Agnes (Leone) Cunningham of Medford and the late John J. Cunningham. She is a graduate of St. Clement High School, class of 1971. She continued her education at Northeastern University and earned a certificate as a dental assistant.
Cecelia was a kind and thoughtful woman and enjoyed spending time with both family and friends. She had a special place in her heart for animals.
She is the loving sister of Nancy Cunningham of FL., Kathleen Sciola of NH. Maureen Jefgood and her husband Jan of Beverly, John Cunningham and his wife Luanne of Medford, Paul Cunningham and his wife Barbara of Lynn, Robert Cunningham and his wife Carla of NH. She also leaves her longtime companion Scott Burgess of Malden and several nieces and nephews. Funeral from Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Friday at 10 am. followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High Street, Medford, at 11am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Friday from 10am.Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
