Fall River - Susan B. (Kropp) Collins, 40, of Westport, passed away Thursday, December 6, 2007 after a courageous battle with breast cancer.
Mrs. Collins was born in Lowell, MA, daughter of Norman I. and Carol D. (LaFlamme) Kropp of Alachua, FL. A graduate of Westford Academy and University of Massachusetts at Amherst, she enjoyed a career in investment banking before becoming a stay at home mom. In her spare time she enjoyed painting and photography. Susan’s love, kindness and devotion to family touched many, and will always be remembered by her husband J. Vincent Collins and daughters, Olivia and Jacqueline.
Including her husband, parents and daughters, she is survived by a brother: Alan Kropp of San Francisco, CA; a sister: Eva Brown of Mendocino, CA; and several nieces and nephews.
She was the mother of the late Emily S. Collins.
Memorial Service to which relatives and friends are invited will be Saturday, December 8, 2007 at the Potter Funeral Home at 2:00 P.M.
