New Bedford - Helen A. (Monteiro) Fournier, 72, of Dartmouth passed away Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at Sacred Heart Home. She was the wife of Henry J. Fournier.
Born in Fall River, daughter of the late Joseph S. and Edith (Souza) Monteiro, she had lived in Dartmouth since 1972. Mrs. Fournier was a Communicant of St. George Church, Westport.
Including her husband, she is survived by a step-son: Robert Fournier of Dartmouth; a step-daughter: Diane Emond of Freetown; a brother: Paul Monteiro of Somerset; 2 step-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Friday, December 7, 2007 from the Potter Funeral Home at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. George Church, Westport at 10:00 A.M.
Calling hours Thursday from 5 - 8 P.M.
Interment in Beech Grove Cemetery, Westport.
