Millar, Anna B. lifelong resident of Duxbury. December 1, 2007. Age 89. Loving Wife of 64 years to the late Robert Gerrish Millar. Loving Mother of Robert G. Millar Jr. (Gerry) of Duxbury, Joan M. Lincoln of Israel, and Lucy M. Brett of Dennis. Daughter of the late Edward Benson and Laura Elms Benedict. Sister of Barbara B. Gifford of Concord. Cherished Grandmother of 10, and Great Grandmother of 10. Mrs. Millar loved tennis, sailing, golf, bridge, and music. She played the violin with small chamber music groups as well as with the Plymouth Philharmonic. She was a graduate of Beaver Country Day School, and attended Bennington College. She was a member of he Duxbury Yacht Club, and the Chilton Club of Boston. A memorial service will be held at the Church of St. John the Evangelist, 410 Washington St., Duxbury, on Saturday, December 8th at 11:00 AM.
