Yvette H. Scimone, 70 of Peabody, died Tuesday after a long illness in the Kindred Hospital North Shore, Peabody, MA.
Born in France, she lived in Peabody for the past 4 years and formerly of Stoneham and Medford. She was the daughter of the late Serafina (Russo) and Artemio Ricciardelli. Yvette was a retired Secretary with John Hancock Insurance.
Beloved wife of Charles Scimone. Devoted mother of Lucille Flynn of Peabody, and Charles A. Scimone of Medford. Loving grandmother of Joseph A. Scimone. Sister of Linda Nunes of Concord, Angela Ciulla of Medford, Marino Ricciardelli of Peabody, and Pat Ricciardelli of Tewksbury. Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Monday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St., Stoneham, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday 4 - 8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
