Obituary

WORCESTER-Albert A. Buskey, Sr., 82, of 3 West Lake Street died Saturday, January 11th in Saint Vincent Hospital after a short illness. His wife, Mary E. (Johnson) Buskey died in 1982. He leaves a sister, Lorraine Sargent of Worcester and several nephews and nieces. A son, Albert A. Buskey, Jr. died in 2001.

He was born in Worcester the son of Albert M. and Lillian (Brothers) Buskey and has lived here all of his life. Mr. Buskey was an army veteran of WWII. He worked as a heater for Wyman Gordon for 35 years, retiring in 1982. He was a member of the American Legion Post #138 in Spencer.

The funeral will be Wednesday, January 15th at 10:00 AM in O’Connor Brothers Funeral Home, 592 Park Avenue, Worcester. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours will be Tuesday, January 14th from 6:00 until 8:00 PM in the funeral home. Flowers may be sent or memorial contributions may be made to the charity of ones choice.
