Barbara Ann (Drolet) Mellen, age 58, died unexpectedly on August 13, 2007 in Florida.
She was born in Lowell, January 29, 1949, the daughter of the late Alfred and Dorothy (Jervah) Drolet. Barbara resided and worked in Florida area for the past 30 years and was formerly of Lowell.
She enjoyed motorcycles and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Nicole and David Russell of Newport Richey, Florida; three sisters, Catherine Trigones and Darlene Valkavitch, both of Lowell, and Patricia Bryand of Keene, NH; two brothers and a sister-in-law, George and Barbara Drolet and Mark McCullough, all of Lowell; two grandchildren, Jessica and Timothy Russell; also many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call at the M. R. LAURIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 295 Pawtucket Street, Lowell on Thursday, Nov. 29 from 4 to 7pm. Interment will be private.
