Eileen T. (Sullivan) Perry, 80, of New Bedford died November 27, 2007 at Sacred Heart Home after a brief illness.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Cornelius and Margaret (McGrath) Sullivan, she lived in New Bedford all of her life.
She was a communicant of Holy Name of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church.
Mrs. Perry was formerly employed by Acushnet Company for 42 years until retirement.
She enjoyed reading and was a member of the Apcoite Club at Acushnet Company.
Survivors include her son, Eugene Perry, and his wife Diane, of Acushnet; a brother, Joseph Sullivan of North Attleboro; a sister, Helen Cloutier of California; 2 grandchildren, Christopher Perry of Acushnet and Andrea Perry of Mattapoisett; 4 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews including Mark Sevigney of Assonet and M. Scott Sevigney of New Bedford.
She was the sister of the late Mary Sevigney, Jeremiah Sullivan, William Sullivan, Marguerite Wilson, John Sullivan and Cornelius Sullivan.
Funeral from the Saunders-Dwyer Home For Funerals, 495 Park St. New Bedford Friday, November 30th at 9 AM. Funeral Mass at Holy Name of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church at 10 AM. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery. Visiting hours Thursday, November 29th 4-8 PM.
