Kevin Patrick Goudy, age 46, a resident of Braintree died Saturday in the Colonial Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Weymouth after a lengthy illness. Loving son of Carol (Brickley) Goudy of Braintree and Harvey Goudy of Punta Gorda, FL. Devoted brother of Stephen and Paul Goudy. Dear grandson of Ellen (Joy) Goudy of OH and the late Ralph Goudy of OH and the late Robert and Anna (Donahue) Brickley of Milton. Uncle of Cara and Brendan Goudy of Rockland. Nephew of Barbara and the late Frank Bryant of Gainesville, FL. Also survived by many cousins in FL and OH.
Kevin was a 19 yr. survivor of leukemia and a recipient of a bone marrow transplant.. He recently was diagnosed with esophageal and lung cancer.
Funeral services will be held in the John J. O’Connor & Son Funeral Home 740 Adams St. (near Gallivan Blvd.) DORCHESTER Wednesday morning at 10 am. Visiting hours Tuesday 4 to 8 pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Interment Milton Cemetery.
