Robert A. Henault 58, of 71 Country Rd. died unexpectedly Thursday in RI Hospital. He was the husband of Diane (Bourcier) Henault. Mr. and Mrs. Henault celebrated their 38th Wedding Anniversary, April 19, 2007. Mr. Henault was born in Woonsocket, a son of the late Albert and Therese C. (Pontbriand) Henault. He was a supervisor for Garelick Farms were he has been employed for the past thirty two years. Mr. Henault was a Navy Veteran serving during the Vietnam War. He was a member and Past Commander of the American Legion Post #9 in Manville, and a member of the Thursday Commercial Bowling League.
Besides his wife he is survived by a son Scott A. Henault and his wife Pamela, of N. Smithfield, a daughter Laurie A. Bartholomy and her husband Michael, of Woonsocket, five grandchildren, Katelyn, Kelsey, and Kyle Henault, and Evan, and Noah Bartholomy, and his father and mother-in-law Leo and Irene Boucier of Woonsocket. He was also the grandfather of the late Grace Anne Bartholomy.
His funeral will be held Wednesday at 9:30 am. from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St. Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am, in St. Josephs Church, Mendon Rd. Woonsocket. Burial with Military Honors will be held in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery in Bellingham. Visiting hours are Tuesday, 5-8 pm.
