Manchester– Francis Pitcher, 80, died November 13, 2007 at his home following a lengthy illness.
He was born in Manchester on January 12,1927 the son of Nelson and Roseanna (Laframboise) Pitcher.
Prior to his retirement he was a woodworker for Crown Woodwork.
He served his country in the U. S. Navy during World War II.
He enjoyed watching sports especially the Patriots and Redsox.
He was predeceased by his wife Mary(Foley) Pitcher on December 13, 2003.
Family members include two sons Francis Pitcher, of Manchester, Daniel F. Foley,of Arizona, one brother Alphonse Pitcher, of Manchester, one sister Evelyn Pitcher, of Manchester, several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Services: A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday at 11 am in J.N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home 110 BridgeSt.
