Marie J. (D’Aniello) Woodman, 74 of Franklin died November 21 in her home following a long illness.
Born in Hackensack, New Jersey, September 9, 1933, the daughter of the late Joseph and Agnes (Rubino) D’Aniello, Mrs. Woodman had lived in Franklin nearly all her life.
She was a 1950 graduate of Franklin High School.
She had been a nurse’s aide at the former Ben Franklin Nursing Home in Franklin and also at the Franklin House Healthcare in Franklin.
Mrs. Woodman enjoyed gardening and dancing.
She is survived by her son, Michael J. McDermott of Norton and her daughter, Lisa Lanagan of Sutton.
She is also survived by her brother, Alfonso D’Aniello of Easton and her grandchildren, Michael, David, Kailee and Mark.
Her funeral service will be held on Monday, November 26 in the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin, 131 Main St., Franklin at 10:00 a.m.
Burial will be in St Mary’s Cemetery in Franklin.
Calling hours will be on Sunday from 5-8 p.m.
