Obituary

Worcester-Mary E (Simpson) Deneault 63 of 44 Orient Street died January 8th in her home following an illness.

She was the wife of Peter Deneault who died in 1976. Mrs. Deneault is survived by two sons Peter P Deneault of Worcester and David C Deneault of Aururn. A daughter Laurie A Dow of Worcester. Another daughter Leone Deneault of Worcester predeceased her. She also leaves two brothers Harry Simpson of West Virginia, and Ernie Simpson of Worcester. Two sisters Alice Degnan of Auburn and Katherine Adams of Sterling. Two other brothers William and Thomas Simpson both of Worcester also predeceased her. She leaves eight grandchildren, nieces and nephews.Born in Clinton Mass, she was a daughter of Harry and Margaret (Nicholson) Simpson and lived in Worcester for most of her life. She was educated in Worcester schools.

An avid reader, she enjoyed puzzles and Western Movies.

Friends are invited to call at the Dirsa-Morin Funeral Home (www.worcesterfuneral.com) on Friday January 10th from 7 to 9pm. A funeral service will be conducted at 8pm in the funeral home.The family requests that flowers be omitted and that donations be made to The UMass-Memorial Hospice Program c/o The UMass-Memorial Foundation, P.O.
