FALL RIVER … Dolores M. (Motta) Rogers, 76, of Oak Grove Ave., Fall River died November 10, 2007 after a long illness.
She was the widow of Thomas J. Rogers.
She died at Crawford Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Fall River.
She was born in Fall River a daughter of the late Antone L. and Mary (Arruda) Motta and had been a life long resident of this city.
She was communicant of St. Michael’s Parish, Fall River.
Mrs. Rogers enjoyed cooking and music.
Survivors include 4 sons: Thomas A. Rogers of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Roy J. Rogers Fall River, Stephen B. Roger of Coco Beach, FL, Jason M. Rogers of Fall River, 2 daughters: Adele Brousseau of Fall River and Dolores M. Arruda of Calverton, NY, 12 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Cheryl A. Rogers.
Memorial service to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Monday November 19, 2007 at St. Michael’s Church, Essex Street, Fall River at 1 PM.
