WORCESTER-Dorothy M. (Jule) Griffin, 85, of 39B First Street died Monday, November 12th in her home. Her husband of 40 years, C. Robert Griffin died in 1986. She leaves 2 sons, Robert T. Griffin of Stuart, FL and John F. Griffin of Spencer; a sister, Eleanor Richardson of Bloomfield, NJ; and a grandson, Christopher R. Griffin of San Diego, CA.
She was born in Boston, the daughter of Arthur and Martha (Ford) Jule. Mrs. Griffin had been employed by Paxton Center School as a teacher’s aide; and was a member of St. Columba Church. She enjoyed time spent with her family and friends.
The funeral is Friday, November 16th from O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue with a Mass at 10:00 AM in St. Columba Church, 18 Richards Avenue, Paxton. Burial will be in Mooreland Cemetery, Paxton. Calling hours are Thursday, November 15th from 5:00 until 8:00 PM in the funeral home.
