New Hampton-Danny Earl Parshley, 42, of 368 Straits Road died on Saturday morning, November 10, 2007 at his home after a sudden illness.
Danny was born on March 27, 1965 in Laconia, the son of Roxanna (Rollins) Parshley-Belyea and the late Cecile Parshley. He had been a resident of New Hampton for the past 20 years coming from Laconia.
Prior to his disability, Danny had been employed by Waste Management as a truck driver based out of the New Hampton location. He had also worked for Contract Support Group in Belmont.
Danny was an avid hunter and fisherman, and was a member of the National Rifle Association.
Danny is survived by his mother and step-father, Roxanna (Rollins)(Parshley) and Kenneth Belyea of New Hampton; his wife, Tracey Mefford of New Hampton; two sons, Johnathan and Bryan Parshley both of New Hampton; one brother, Scott Parshley, and one sister, Karen Parshley both of New Hampton; two step-brothers, Kenneth Belyea, Jr. of Marlborough, NH, and George Belyea of Plymouth, NH; two step-sisters, Carol Moulton and Bobbie-Jo Belyea both of Laconia. Danny is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Graveside services were held on Tuesday, November 13, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the family lot in Village Cemetery, New Hampton. A period of visitation preceded the graveside service from 9:45-10:15 a.m. at the Simoneau-Paquette Memorial Home, 139 Church Street, Laconia, NH.
