Daniel A. “Danny” Cimino of Hyde Park, formerly of East Boston, died November 8, 2007 at the Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston. He was 61 years old. He was the beloved husband of Maria (Bagwell) Cimino.
Born in Boston, the son of the late Angelo and Antonina (Ciccioni) Cimino, he lived in East Boston for several years before relocating to Hyde Park, where he has lived for many years. Mr. Cimino worked as a Field Rep. for the Laborers Union, Local 22.
He was the devoted father of Daniel M. Cimino and his wife Tracy of Hyde Park and Jonathan E. Cimino and his wife Rina of Dedham and the grandfather of Tiana, Daniella, Antonina and Jonathan Cimino. He was the brother of Carolina Ciruolo of East Boston.
His funeral will be held from the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St., Dedham, on Tuesday at 8:00 AM with a funeral mass in St. Mary’s Church, Dedham, at 9:00 AM. Relatives and friends kindly invited to attend. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. Visiting hours will be held on Monday from 3-8 PM at the funeral home.
