Edward W. Lipper, 79, a lifelong resident of Brockton, died unexpectedly at the Brockton Hospital. Born and educated in Brockton, he was the son of the late George and Ruth (Conant) Lipper. Mr. Lipper was an U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was an operator with the City of Brockton Water Treatment Plant in Halifax for 20 years before retiring over 10 years ago.
Mr. Lipper is survived by his daughter, Eleson M. Hewes and her husband Greg of Tulsa, OK and his sister, Ruth Mitchell of Stoughton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Graveside Service will be held from the VA National Cemetery in Bourne on Thursday, November 8 at 2:15 PM. Visiting Hours omitted.
