In Lakeville, October 31, 2007 Bertha E. died at home while surrounded by her family after a lengthy illness age 85. Wife of Russell A. Pulsifer and the daughter of the late William & Bertha (Wisnom) Skivington. Residence Musket Road in Taunton formerly of Brockton. Bertha was educated in schools in Providence, RI. She enjoyed traveling, bowling and spending time with her family. Bertha is survived by her children Stephen Pulsifer & his wife Nam of Brockton, James Pulsifer & his wife Linda of Whitman, Marilyn Yerardi and her husband Michael of Lakeville. Gary Pulsifer & his wife Joyce of Florida and the late Richard Pulsifer and his surviving wife Susan of Whitman. She was the sister of Grace Prefontaine of Dorchester and the late William Skivington. Bertha leaves ten Grandchildren and eleven Great Grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St. in Taunton on Saturday, Nov. 3rd at 10am. with visiting hours one hour prior to the service. Relatives and friends are also invited to visiting hours on Friday from 5-8pm. Interment in Pine Hill Cemetery in West Bridgewater.
