Worcester—Ralph H. “Harry” Soderman, 89 of Hermitage Lane, died Monday, October 29, 2007. He was born in Worcester, son of John and Anna E. Mickelson Soderman. He was a member of the Commerce High School Class of 1936, Boston University Class of 1940, and served in the Army’s 16th Field Artillery OBSN Battalion in the European Theater during WWII. Mr. Soderman was an accountant at Raytheon Corporation in Waltham for 25 years, retiring in 1983. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Worcester Musician’s Assn. Local 143, and played the piano with Russ Cole’s Orchestra for 25 years. He leaves his nephew, John R. Soderman of Casa Grande, Arizona and his life-long neighborhood friends, the Joyce family. Sisters, Anna and Linnea Soderman, and brother, J. Richard Soderman predeceased him. The funeral service will be held at Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street, Worcester at 10a.m., Sat.
