Methuen, Ma. - Michael A. Carrozza, 26, died Saturday October 27, 2007 at Caritas Holy Family Hospital.
Michael was born in Methuen and graduated from Whittier Vocational Tech of Haverhill. He also attended Northern Essex Community College.
For several years Michael was a supervisor for Brooksby Village of Danvers, Massachusetts.
According to his parents Nancy and Charlie Carrozza Michael excelled in sports and his high school wrestling team won the state title. He was an avid lover of working out in local gyms and Michael also excelled while in high school cross country running. He was involved with the Methuen Youth Soccer program.
Besides his parents Michael is survived by his brothers Stephen J. and Christopher C. Carrozza both of Methuen, and his maternal grandmother Eileen M. Hannafin of York Beach, Maine, and aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
A funeral mass will take place on Friday morning at 9 o’clock in Saint Monicas Church with burial to follow in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery of Lawrence.
Friends may call on Thursday from 4:00-8:00 P.M. at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, Inc. 233 Lawrence Street in Methuen.
