Angelo R. DeSimone Jr., 86 of Medford died Friday after a long illness in the Lawrence Memorial Hospital Medford, MA.
Born in Somerville, MA, he was the son of the late Angelo and Mary (Ciampa) DeSimone Sr..
Angelo was a Truck Driver, employed by Allied Container Co. for 35 years and retired in 1980.Angelo was a late U.S. Army veteran of WW II.
He is survived by Wife: Rose (Blasi) DeSimone of Medford. Brother of Eleanor Santilli of Hull, and the late Mary Carfagna and Jenny Slabas. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held December 18,Tuesday at 1 PM in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with the family from 11am thru 1pm. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
