Diana Lynn Meltzer Diana Lynn Meltzer, 42, Clarksville, died Monday, October 22, 2007, at Gateway Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 11 am Saturday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel. Visitation will be from 9 am until the hour of the service Saturday at the funeral home. The remains are to be cremated. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
