Helen T. Lindberg, 88

Dateline: Attleboro Falls, MA

Helen T. (Roberts) Lindberg, 88, of Attleboro Falls formerly of Rehoboth died on Wednesday October 17, 2007 at the home of her son in Vershire, Vermont. She was the beloved wife of the late Frederick Lindberg.
Born in Boston, MA on September 4, 1919 she was a daughter of the late William and Mary (Covall) Roberts.
She grew up in Foxboro and was educated in Foxboro schools. Mrs. Lindberg had worked as an inspector at the Joslin’s Jewelry Co. in Attleboro Falls and had also previously worked for the L.G. Balfour Co. and at the former Grant’s Department Store in Attleboro.
Helen enjoyed times spent with her loving family. She had made her home in Attleboro Falls for 20 years and was a former longtime resident of Rehoboth.
She is survived by her devoted children; Robert Lindberg and his wife Fran of South Attleboro, Steven Lindberg and his wife Linda of Vershire, Vermont and the late Mary M. Lindberg. She was the sister of the late Walter Roberts, Vincent Roberts, Laura Tesserio, Rose Bishop and Jeannette Fielding. Also surviving are 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Her funeral, to which relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend, will be held on Saturday October 20th at 8:00A.M. from the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home 55 North Main St. Mansfield followed by a Mass of Christian burial celebrated at 9:00 A.M. in St. Mary’s Church 330 Pratt St. (Route 106) Mansfield. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Mansfield.
Visiting hours will be held on Friday October 19th from 5-8 P.M. at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home.
