Alida “Ida” (Laurendeau) Frizado, age 96 formerly of 221 Wellington St. Widow of William S. Frizado. Daughter of the late Leon & Lea (Thibeault) Laurendeau. Passed away October 17, 2007. She was a lifelong resident of Fall River, a member of St. Anne’s Church, a recipient of the Marion Medal & a member of the former St. Mathieu’s Women’s Guild. Before retiring she was an Inspector for at Lamport Mfg.
She is survived by 2 Sons: William Frizado Jr. of Fall River & Paul Frizado of Assonet. 1 Grandson: Paul William Frizado, 1 Great Grandson & Several nieces and nephews. She was also Sister of the late Aline St. Lawrent, Rita Perreault, Raymond Laurendeau & Annette De Medeiros.
Her funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St. Saturday at 8 A.M. followed by a funeral mass in St. Anne’s Church at 9 A.M. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery. Flowers are welcome or donations to the Alzheimer’s Ass.
