CLEARY, Gertrude- Of Malden, October 12th. Devoted daughter of the late Hugh and Ellen (Crowley) Cleary. Beloved sister of Eleanor Reid of Wakefield, Robert Cleary of Peabody, Jean O'Connor of Braintree and the late Hugh, Edward and Mary Cleary. Also lovingly survived by her sister-in-laws, Mary Cleary of Wilmington, Gretta Cleary of Hampton, NH as well as many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral from the Carroll Funeral Home, 721 Salem Street, (Maplewood Square) MALDEN on Tuesday morning, October 16th at 8 AM followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Joseph's Church, 770 Salem Street, Malden at 9 o'clock. Visiting Hours in the Carroll Funeral Home on Monday from 4-8 PM. Services will conclude with interment at Forestdale Cemetery, Malden.
Born and raised in Malden, Gertrude at 81 years of age, passed away at the Bear Hill Nursing Care Ceneter in Wakefield after a long illness.
