GLOUCESTER: Theresa E. (Grzybowski) Grazen, 90, died peacefully Monday evening, October 8, 2007. She was the beloved wife of the late Alfred E. Grazen.
Born in Niagara Falls, New York on December 30, 1916, she was the daughter of the late Konstanty and Helen (Pinkowska) Grzybowski. She had been a resident of Buffalo, New York, West Hartford and most recently Deep River, Connecticut.
Mrs. Grazen was employed as an office manager for many years for the Traveler’s Insurance Company. She was an avid gardener and loved nature.
She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and Gary Schneider of Placida, FL, Mary Grazen-Browne and Davies Browne of Gloucester, two sons and daughters-in-law, Alfred and Lisa Grazen of Madison, WI, William and Mary Grazen of East Granby, CT, seven grandchildren, Kirsten, Jill, John, Kyle, Ryan, Tim and Chris, and several nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by a son, John M. Grazen.
Her memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Anthony’s by the Sea on Farrington Avenue on Saturday morning at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend.
