WORCESTER__ Peter Skliutas, 90, of Worcester, died Saturday October 6 in St. Vincent Hospital at Worcester Medical Center. His wife of 61 years, Helen M. (Svicklas) Skliutas died in October 2006.
He leaves a sister, Vera and several cousins. He was predeceased by two brothers, Joseph and John and two sisters, Anele and Rose. He was born in Worcester, a son of Peter and Johanna (Bingeliute) Skliutas and lived in Worcester most of his life.
Mr. Skliutas was a wire drawer for Johnson Steel Company before retiring in 1986. He was a member of St. Casimir Church, and was a member of the Lithuanian Social Club.
The funeral will be held on Tuesday October 9 from DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton Street, with a Mass at 10:00 a.m. in St. Casimir Church, 41 Providence Street. Entombment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery Mausoleum.
