Obituary

Mary Guman, of Snellville, Ga., and a former resident of Peckville and Justus, died Thursday evening in the Parkwood Nursing Home, Snellville. She was the widow of Michael Guman, who died in 1972.

Born in Peckville, daughter of the late Michael and Anastasia Shpach Priblo, she retired from Daystrom/Lockheed Martin. She was a member of All Saints Orthodox Church for 84 years. She was a deeply religious woman who was very kind and loving. She traveled throughout Europe and Israel in her lifetime.

Surviving are two sons, Michael, with whom she resided, Atlanta; and David, Jessup; a daughter, Mary Orzolek, Clarks Summit; two grandsons and three granddaughters.

She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Kay Jubinski and Anna Durko; and two brothers, John and Paul Dutka.

The funeral will be Thursday at 9 a.m. from the Michael P. Glinsky Funeral Home Inc., 129 Grant St. Olyphant, with services at 9:30 in All Saints Orthodox Church, 210 Susquehanna Ave., Olyphant, with the Rev. David Cowan officiating. Interment, St. Tikhon's Cemetery, South Canaan.
