Paul A. Frongillo, Age 70, died Wednesday, September 26 at the Don Orione Nursing Home in East Boston, after a three year battle with cancer.
He was born in Boston on January 28, 1937, a son of the late Ralph and Dorothy (Hodgkins) Frongillo. He was raised in Reading and graduated Reading High, but lived the greater part of his life in Boston. Paul worked the counter at Arrow Automobile Supply in Allston. He was a Navy Veteran of the Korean War. Paul will be remembered for his keen sense of humor.
He is survived by two sisters and a brother-in-law, Marilyn Morrissey of Peabody, and Louise Shotwell and her husband, William D. of Medford. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
His funeral was on Saturday, September 29. Interment was at Tewksbury Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Shriners Burn Center, 51 Blossom St., Boston, MA 02114, will be appreciated.
