Catherine E. (O'Donnell) McGonagle, 89, of Dedham, died Monday, Sept. 24, 2007, at Brighton Gardens in Dedham.
She was the wife of the late John P. McGonagle.
Born in Norwood, daughter of the late Martin and Delia (Connolly) O'Donnell, she was a Dedham resident for many years. She was a member of St. Mary Church in Dedham and was a retired secretary for Norfolk Superior Court.
She leaves her children, Mary A. McGonagle of Norwood, Kathleen L. Iadonisi and her husband, Louis, of Washington, N.H. and John P. McGonagle and his wife, Maureen, of Foxborough; her grandchildren, Michael, Kyle, Jennifer, Kathleen, Jeffrey and John; her great-grandchildren, Louis and Chloe; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will take place Friday, Sept. 28, at 8 a.m., from the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 456 High St., Dedham, followed by a funeral Mass at 9 a.m., at St. Mary Church in Dedham.
Burial will be in Brookdale Cemetery, Dedham.
Visiting hours are Thursday, Sept. 27, from 4 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home.
