Warwick, RI – Herbert W. Reynolds, 77, of North Fort Myers, FL died unexpectedly at Kent Hospital on September 18, 2007. He was husband of the late Ethel P. (Ponte) Reynolds.
Mr. Reynolds was born in Freetown, son of the late Philip M. and Irene (Vera) Reynolds, and resided in the town most of his life, moving to Florida in 1988. He was a member of the Mullen Hill Baptist Church, Lakeville. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was employed as a truck driver by Delken Companies, New Bedford until his retirement in 1988. He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Lodge #914, New Bedford.
Survivors include 2 sons: Raymond H. Reynolds of Illinois and Philip M. Reynolds of Acushnet; a daughter: Kathleen A. Bernier of Middleboro; 3 stepdaughters: Pauline R. Sylvia of Florida, Diane E. Viera of Fairhaven and Roberta A. Cory of N. Dartmouth; 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and several nieces & nephews.
