
Richard L. Pleau, 49, of Upton died, Thursday, September 13, 2007 at UMASS Memorial Healthcare in Worcester.
Born in Milford on July 17, 1958, he was a son of the late William A. and Marjorie U. (Baker) Pleau. Mr. Pleau was a resident of Upton for the past 2 years and formerly resided in Worcester. He grew up in the Caryville section of Bellingham.
Mr. Pleau had formerly worked at the Ball-Foster Corporation in Milford for 18 years as a fork lift operator.
He was an avid motorcyclist and was a member of the Distant Thunder Motorcycle Association.
He is survived by two sisters, Katherine Smith of Kissimmee, FL and Beverly Cappiello of Upton, a brother, William Pleau of Millville and two aunts, Mildred Gariepy of Medway and Pauline Pleau of Pocasset
He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins and many friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service on Saturday, September 22 at 10 AM in the Ginley-Crowley Funeral Home, 3 Barber St. in Medway. Burial will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Medway.
