Yvonne F. Marquis 91, of 30 Sayles Hill Rd. LIncoln, died Monday in the Holiday Retirement Home. She was the wife of the late Bertrand Marquis. Mrs. Marquis was born in Berthierville, PQ Canada a daughter of the late Napoleon and Elizabeth (Rock) Morin. She worked in textile for many years in several area textile mills.
Mrs. Marquis is survived by two daughters Pauline Taillon and her husband Leo, and Denise Richer all of Woonsocket, a brother Lionel Morin of Millville, two sisters Dolores Morin of Woonsocket, and Anita Giguere of Lincoln, thirteen grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son Marcel Marquis, a granddaughter Sarah and two brothers Armand and Emile Morin.
Her funeral will be held Friday at 9:00 am. from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St. Woonsocket with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am. in All Saints Church, Rathbun St. Woonsocket. Burial will be held in Resurrection Cemetery in Cumberland. Visiting hours are Thursday 5-8 pm.
