Josephine (Belli) DeLouis of Stoneham passed away on Monday, September 10, 2007 at Melrose Wakefield Hospital.
Born in Italy, Josephine was the loving daughter of the late Luigi Belli and Angelina (Tricca) Belli. Josephine was a warm and caring daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She will be sadly missed.
Josephine was a dedicated homemaker. She was devoted to her family. They were first and foremost in her life. Josephine was the consummate housewife. She was a phenomenal cook and enjoyed knitting and crocheting. Josephine even left school as a child to care for her siblings. She loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Josephine was the beloved wife of the late Frank DeLouis. She was the devoted mother of Carol Eovine and her husband Robert of Stoneham. Josephine was the cherished grandmother of Robert A. Eovine and his wife Linda of Brookline and Steven P. Eovine of Stoneham. She was the dear sister of Gene Belli, Gilda Profenno, Eleanor Mennella, Rose Bilotta and the late Nicholas and Anthony Belli. Josephine was also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass celebrating Josephine’s life will be held on Saturday at 11:30am in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend Visiting Hours prior to the Mass from 8:30-11:00am in the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM. Parking attendants will be on duty. Interment Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.
