Mrs. Marilyn J. Huff, 67, of 315 North Road, Shelburne, NH, passed away on September 9, 2007 at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin, NH. She was born in Berlin, NH on July 1, 1940 the daughter of Gordon T. and Dorothy (Milligan) Evans and was a lifelong resident of the Shelburne-Gorham area. She had been employed by Converse Rubber Company, Saladino’s Restaurant and had recently retired from Shaw’s Supermarket. She was a member of the Winthrop Grange in Shelburne,
Members of the family include her husband Alan F. Huff of Shelburne, NH; a daughter Allyson J. Reese of Evans Mills, NY; grandchildren Serena Alvarez and Andrew Alvarez of Evans Mills, NY; a sister Vera-Ellen Evans of Torrington, CT; a brother Gordon J. Evans of Shelburne, NH; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday September 12, 2007 at 7 PM at the Bryant Funeral Home, 1 Promenade Street, Gorham, NH. There will be no calling hours. Interment will be in the Hazelton Cemetery in Shelburne, NH at a later date. In lieu of flowers, anyone who wishes may make a donation to the American Diabetes Foundation or the American Heart Association in her memory.
